Recommended Literature

Due to the abundance of self-help references available, deciding which book is worthwhile is a daunting task.  The recommended readings listed here are books that I have utilized in my practice and that clients have found helpful.

Please keep in mind that not all of the information in the following books will be of use.  As with any therapeutic literature, take from the reading what is beneficial and disregard the rest.

Follow the links associated with these references for more useful information on the book and other resources.  All of the recommended readings are easily found  or ordered at your local bookstore.

Happy Reading!
